The 2016 Gracida Chardonnay is pale yellow with green hues. This wine has a bouquet of fruit aromas of fresh apples, pears, peaches, white flowers, lime and vanilla from oak. The fruit aromas continue to be evident on the palate and balanced by acidity.

Hearty salads, fresh seafood, pan-roasted halibut, crab cakes, grilled cod, lobster, vegetable gnocchi, roasted turkey and grilled chicken.

The Gracida Gran Reserva is deep cherry in color with violet hues. The aromas consist of red plum, cherry, herbs, cocoa, tobacco, leather and vanilla. Tempranillo is one of Spain’s greatest varietals showcased in this wine after two years in American and French oak.

The Gracida Frizzante Rose exhibits an elegant pink color and aromas of sweet red fruits, raspberry and lemon. At half the alcohol of most roses, this is a light, refreshing rose with a palate of strawberries and raspberries. Best chilled for any special occasion, celebration, warm day or equine event.
